A refund request can be submitted within 7 days after completing the purchase.
When the order includes free shipping, the shipping cost is borne solely by the customer.

We offer a "Pay on Delivery" option, ensuring you only pay when the product reaches you. You can inspect the material upon delivery without opening the package.
